I can not find your e-mails!

For every booking, we send an invoice and a booking confirmation right after successful payment. On the day of your check-in, we also send you a check-in mail with important information regarding your arrival, and all passwords needed.
In case you have also paid for coupons (e.g. power coupons), you will receive a separate mail containing all coupon codes and information on how to activate them.
If you are not able to find these mails in your inbox, please check your spam/junk mail folder. Despite taking all necessary precautions on our side, some providers (such as hotmail and others) do not configure their spam filters good enough. This might result in our mails being flagged as "junk" or "spam" by your e-mail providers. In these cases, please get yourself another e-mail account (gmail is a good and free alternative).
In some cases, due to excessively rigid spam filtering our mails might get deleted right away after reaching your inbox (by your e-mail provider). If this is the case with you, please change your e-mail provider ASAP.
To recover your lost e-mails, we have set-up a tool that saves copies of those mails we sent to you. You can access it under http://mountaincamp.at/mail Just enter the e-mail address you have used for booking with us and the booking number we provided you over e-mail and SMS, and all emails sent by us will show up in a proper inbox.
