With Apple/iOS normally entering login and password as sent to you should be sufficient to establish a connection, Android may be a little bit more tricky:

First, check your email for the login and password we sent you in a separate email after payment. On Android devices, you must fill in the following fields:
-> Login: the login we sent you
-> Password: the password we sent you
-> -> Certificate set to "Trust on first use (TOFU)"
